How long will the carpet stay wet?
Due to the efficiency of the Rotovac, the carpet will only be damp, and will usually
dry completely in a few hours.
How soon can I walk on the carpet?
Right away is OK with either clean shoes or feet, but it is recommended to keep to a minimum so the carpet fibers don't get matted down and slow the drying.
How long will it take to complete the job?
Typically, a living room, dining room, hall and two bedrooms, will take one and a half to two and a half hours, depending on the size and condition of the carpet.
Will the cleaning remove pet stains?
Most of the soiling from pet accidents is usually removed as long as permanent discoloration has not occurred from a 'bleaching-out' effect or chemical burn from acids in the urine.
Do you move furniture?
Green Carpet Clean will move most empty and cleared furniture to get to soiled areas.
The customer is responsible for moving small items and breakables.
Are the cleaners safe for my kids andpets?
Your carpets and upholstery will be safe to use before and after drying. Green Carpet Clean only uses Procyon cleaners, which are completely non-toxic and the most certified 'green' products on the market.
